Nordic Walking has many benefits including: burning more calories than normal walking, increasing your energy levels and above all else, giving you the opportunity to be outdoors. It’s suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability too.
Having embarked on my Nordic Walking adventure, I thoroughly enjoyed it whilst quickly seeing the benefits. An opportunity came up for me to train as a NW Instructor which I decided to do in a heartbeat.
As an instructor I seek to inspire people to become more active and benefit from being outdoors in a social group with like-minded Nordic walkers.
